The popper is a hard lure without lip remaining permanently on the surface of the water.
It has a beveled or curved face that emits a spray of water under the pull of the line emits a noise, the famous "POP" that characterizes it. This "POP" is generated by the concave face of the lure that traps a bubble of air during traction and then releases it, bursting on the surface.
It is a lure generally used on aggressive fish or in full food activity.
